Best practice for enriching with Data.com

Hi,

I'm sitting and will most likely implement data.com enrichment next week, however, i was just wondering what is best practice on the community?

- Is it to enrich everything?

- or is it to enrich once people fills out form?

Thanks!

Hi Kenneth,

I wrote a long article about how to do this properly. The functionality may be changing next month too, so keep an eye out for the new features list.

Hi Josh,

Thank you! 🙂

Sadly it's no longer supported, so i couldn't get this up and running - sadly.

Thanks so much for you response though!

Hi,

Do you have any updates on this functionality and integration. Kenneth- you say it's no longer supported?

Re: Best practice for enriching with Data.com

Hi Kim,

Last i heard was that if you already had it in place, it was fine and you could use it.

If you don't have it in place, data.com's API (or something else) is no longer supported. Most likely due to Salesforce wanting to keep this an option for their own marketing cloud.

I think it is a real shame though ! 🙂 Woulld love this feature in marketo 🙂
