Go To Webinar - Marketo Flow

I have integrated Go To Webinar with Marketo and would like to send out follow up emails to the attendees. I need to send separate emails, one to those who attended and one to those who didn't.

I've seen some discussions in the community that say I should set up the following.

Smart List:
  • Member of Smart list = webinar name
  • Progression Status changed - No Show or Attended
Flow:
  • If webinar = no show, then send 'no show email'
  • If webinar = attended, then send 'attended email"
My issue is that in the flow section - I'm unable to find webinar = no show. I only see Webinars (sign up).

Am I missing anything?

It should be your progression status = no show to send that email and = attended to send the attended email. I think the exact wording is "Webinar > No Show" and "Webinar > Attended"

My instance doesn't provide that option. I don't see Webinar - No Show. However, I think your answer indicates something is missing and that maybe I need to query tech support?

You have to set up the "Webinar > No Show" and "Webinar > Attended" statuses for the Webinar Channel. That is done in the Admin section. Click on Tags to add progression steps to the Webinar.

I'm sorry - I'm really new to Marketo. I've gone into tags, webinar, edit and have checked the "success" boxes off for Now Show and Registered etc...., but that hasn't made these options visible in my flow. Am I missing something?

There should be an option to 'Add Step'. If there isn't, you may not have Admin rights.

Sorry I wasn't clear.

In the Channel = Webinar, the following progression status info is listed: Invited, Pending Approval, etc..etc... Registered, No Show, Attended etc.... so it's listed already. These fields are visible and there is no X asking for them to be hidden. They still however do not show up in the flow section of my campaign???? I also have the abiltiy to add steps - but as these steps are already listed I don't think I need to add them again right?
