Point score - how to automatically update from one system to another

I initially had set up my activity point scores at 1 point, 2 points but then went to giving each more defined activities and gave each 5 points.  The Marketo system is still giving them 1, 2, etc.  I've changed my generic point scores to five - what am I doing incorrectly and can I have the Marketo system go back in and reset my old values to my new values.

Did the auto save fully catch the change in the flow action? Sometimes you need to click in the gray area to ensure it catches.

It also sounds like you are talking about Activity Scores and "Generic" scores so maybe there are multiple campaigns running and you changed the wrong one?

Josh - you mentioned the gray area - where or what is that?

I have a generic score system versus having point scores within a campaign.  This way when a campaign is run it looks up and associates the score to the activity.

Re: Point score - how to automatically update from one system to another

We have a couple of ways of updating the activity score.  We have smart campaigns that assign points for various general activities (e.g. visit specific web pages) and we define the points associated with specific activities (e.g. register for webcast, visit booth at tradeshow, etc.) in My Tokens in a high level program folder, which we then reference in each underlying program's smart campaigns that update program status based on the activity.  Can you provide a specific example of your smart campaign that is supposed to be increasing the score by 5 points, but is not?

I meant the gray/white area outside of the specific flow action. Then make sure the auto-save says "saved" in the upper right corner.
