Re: Is there a way to see the GoToWebinar registration code for registrants?

I would love an easier way to see their link in Marketo. We send our confirmation emails out of Marketo so that they can be branded and match our invites. We do still get the people who panic a few minutes before the webinar wanting their link. I'd love to be able to send out an email with their token instead of having to resend the confirmation, especially when I have a few clients that notoriously have all emails from Marketo going to their junk email. (I know they can fix this, but I work with some very technologically challenged people.)

There are several reasons that one of my flow steps in my registration campaign is an Add to List - Registrants. In the event you need only the link, you can always preview the email, view with the list - registrants, and the select the person. Copy the now rendered {{member.webinar url}} and send it in an email. I don't have thousands of webinar registrants so it wouldn't be very hard for me to do this.

In the members grid inside the event, you can add a column "Webinar URL" to see the webinar url that was created when the lead registered.  In summary, there are a few things you can do:

1.  Use the new calendar file feature that will resolve the member.webinar url token. This way it will be in the calendar invite!
2.  Resend the confirmation email to the lead and the member.webinar url link will populate - do this as a single flow action or as reminder before the webinar

Thanks Itay, I guess I was too tired to see the column right there in the Member tab of the event.  Thanks Cheryl - I didn't realize there was a Webinar URL available as well.  I searched the Community for this info last night, but never found it - maybe this should be added.  We use Marketo to send all of our notifications like Adam does and its great!
