Filter values for smartlist not appearing

How do you get your options already set into the value list for a select field in a form to show up in the Multiple Value Chooser dialog box to be able to choose them in a filter for a smart list?

I’ve added a form with the graduation date using the field ‘StartTerm’ and added options in the value list;
 

 
I want to filter out people in a smartList who have selected certain options from this list, however they’re not appearing in the multiple value chooser (below).
 

 
Is there something else you need to do to get these to appear?
The campaign they’re coming from is ‘activated’.

From my experience, if the values are inputted into the field, they should show up on this picklist. But a lead should contain the value, otherwise it doesn't know what to input. It won't look to the form to find out potential values.

Yeah, those values populate from data already in that field, the value select list in the form has no effect on anything but what shows in the form's dropdown.

Hey Navitas, Go to the landing page, fill out the form, and create a fake lead for each value on your picklist. Then go back to the place you're looking to find these options in the pull-down menu and they should appear.

Thanks Adam, i've just  filled out the form with 10 test enquiries selecting each option in the drop down but they still don't appear as options in the smartlist filter.

If anyone/ marketo has some other suggestions that would be great
