Form Not Resetting

My Webmaster brought this issue to my attention today and I was wondering if anyone else has experience this issue. If so, how did you resolve it?

Webmaster's comments: On the form, I would expect the form to reset after submitting, but it doesn't. If you were using a public computer,  filled out the form and and submitted, you'd expect your data to be killed, but that's not what is happening, that's not good for personal information. Marketo should in no way store personal info in a cookie that's a huge no no and also would be odd any way as the point of marketo is to store the data.

Tracking a user with a cookie is common and fine, but storing their info is not. I would assume that its pulling their info from the marketo database and not the browser. Which would explain why the form, iframed in is still filled in after closing the window but not exiting the browser. Unfortunately, it clearly isnt killing the data even after submitting which is what the problem is.

Some people like the fact that Marketo forms pre-fill, but this is something you can turn off on the form settings. Another way to avoid this is by using Marketo fields on Non-Marketo landing pages.

Thanks Delinda for the quick reply! I believe the "turn off on the form settings" is what I will do for our Webmaster.
