Set GotoWebinar Attendee/No Show back to Registered?

We had a webinar scheduled for yesterday afternoon but had to cancel at the last minute because of presenter illness.  Since we canceled so late in the day, many people logged in to attend and now are showing up as attended and all who didn't login are shown as No Show.  We re-scheduled the webinar for later this month and i re-synched with GotoWebinar and it's showing the correct date now but those people are still showing up as attended/no show.  I would like to keep the webinar in this program, as we don't want to send out invites again, but i need to get those registrants back to the "Webinar>Registered" status.  Should i just run them through a batch in progression status "Registered" to do so?  Or what is the best option for this?

I think what you are describing is the best option for this. It's quick, easy, and should get the job done.

If i run these people all through a batch, will their lead scoring be counted twice?

That depends on how you have things set up. Does the attribution of points happen because they filled out the form or because thieir progression status has changed? If it's the latter, then most likely. If its from the form fill out, then no.

In regard to a status of Attended/No Show, if you have any point attribution there, same story. If it is based on their changing of status, then they would get the points added again IF you have set the Qualification Rules to "Each Lead can run through every time." If they can only go through once, then they won't get the points.

That clear? It really depends on how you things set up and at poing are the points attributed.

Yep!  That's what I figured.  Ours is set up to attribute points when the progression is changed and the qualification rules allow the lead to run through each time.  It may be better to leave them the way they are for this particular webinar.

I mean you can always subtract the points out and then let them run through it again. Or you can delete the scoring flow step all together and do a one time update after the event. Totally up to you!

I set up the batch and ran it but it won't change everything back to 'Registered' because that is a previous status and it won't allow that.  Any other ideas of how to get everyone back to the 'Registered' status without setting up a new program?

Yeah, change their status to "Not in Program" first, then switch them back to "Registered". That should work!
