Is Marketo service this terrible to all?

Has anybody else having a problem with this community. My profile and all my activities here in the community has completely been erased! I've been here less than a month and this is the second time this has happened. I, also, can't register for ANYcourses nor provide a feedback.

A Marketoinstructor/consultant who was suppose to assist us with setup suddenly decided not to show up. We found that she wasn't going to show up after waiting 30 minutes and when somebody contacted Marketo to find out what was happening.

I was just wondering how it is with everybody else. Marketo is expanding very fast and probably hiring many new people. So, is it just me that's currently having these much problems? Community here seems to be excellent.

Hi Hitoshi,

I'm sorry to hear your are frustrated. Hopefully I can help. You should only be using one log in, so I'm sure we could fix your first problem by getting you logging in with one consistent email. I would assume you'd like to use this login since it seems to have all of your rewards. 

In regards to the person who was supposed to help you get set up, I'll need some more context please. Again, I'd love for you to reach out to me directly so we can find a solution.

Hi Hitoshi,

That's terrible to hear. Usually I have had no issues with the Community. You should contact your Partner Rep and Liz Couter to find out what was going on.

Thanks Josh and Liz. I'm getting better support here. If it wasn't for the community, I'll probably would have stopped using Marketo.
