SFDC Campaign reflecting Engagement Program - need to see stream level

Hi!

We have a nurture program that houses our quarterly campaigns. Each quarter a new stream is added. The leads are not automatically carried over, the field adds leads they want included each quarter. However, because it is all housed in one engagement program and therefore one SFDC campaign. They aren't able to see who is involved per quarter, just overall member number. Any suggestions on the best way to allow them to see this information on the SFDC side?

Thanks!

Re: SFDC Campaign reflecting Engagement Program - need to see stream level

Hey Kim,

Have you thought of turning off the automatic synch between the engagement program and the SFDC campaign, and then manually creating a new SFDC campaign each quarter along with your new stream?

Then include some smart campaigns to assign leads to the correct quarterly SFDC campaign and update their statuses.

You would be creating some additional overhead in SFDC but it would give you the view you want.

Alternatively you could clone your engagement program every quarter and keep the automatic synch to SFDC, thereby creating a new SFDC campaign.

But that would require a change in how you are currently structuring your program.

Would be interested to know how you solve this.

Hey Kim, you might be using program status for something else, but if not then you could you use it to identify their quarter.

Re: SFDC Campaign reflecting Engagement Program - need to see stream level

I think I'd do as Justin suggested and turn off the direct sync. Then I'd set up trigger campaigns within the nurture program that assign them to different SFDC campaigns as they move. I'd make a parent campaign for the entire nurture, then children campaigns for each quarter for reporting purposes. That way, each time someone moves, they're added to the respective SFDC campaign.

Thanks! I was thinking of doing that @Justin with different campaigns each quarter -- I think it's the best option! Thanks all!
