Clicked Link in Email

Hello,

I am trying to set up a basic nurturing campaign so that the Master Campaign sorts leads depending on what link they clicked on each email, and requests the corresponding folow-up campaing.

My problem is that whenever I choose "Clicked Link in Email" in the Request Campaign Flow action, the values Marketo returns are the emails and not the single links; since I set up those email to have more than one link, and every link is connected to a different email delivery campaign, not having the possibility to choose the single link might result in the lead receiving the same email twice or receiving emails not meant to them.

What am I missing?

Re: Clicked Link in Email

Hi Francesco,

I would split up the flow in different triggers.
A unique trigger per link.
You can use bgomes suggestion (link constraint) in the smart list.

How many links are in your email? Hopefully only a few.

Re: Clicked Link in Email

Using trigger "Clicks Link in Email" or filter "Clicked Link in Email" with constraint "Link" would be an option.

Re: Clicked Link in Email

Diederik's remark makes perfect sense.

The exact definition of your triggers and flows depends primarily on what those links have or do not have in common.
