Birst is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to create innovative campaigns targeting net new business and our install base. You will manage Birst’s marketing automation platform and marketing database to execute database-driven campaigns, including webinars, direct mail, emails, paid search programs, sponsorships, social media and nurturing. 
 
This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns.  You are metrics-driven, and enjoy social media.
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Develop, coordinate and execute lead generation plans, programs and campaigns for new customer acquisition and to nurture and drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base
  • Develop and manage lead scoring qualification process
  • Ability to write campaign copy, landing pages, and follow up email responses
  • Ability to analyze campaigns and programs for effectiveness and make valid conclusions; conduct marketing programs reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure communication between marketing and sales for achieving business goals 
  • Develop reference and guidance materials for inside and channel sales specific to lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including the sales, creative and product teams to assure programs meet business objectives.  
  • Track and manage budgets and spending specific to lead generation programs
Qualifications: 
  • Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
  • 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Experience in net new lead generation and install base marketing
  • Superior communication and writing skills
  • Passionate about making an impact on revenue
  • Expert in use of sales automation (SFDC) and marketing automation (Marketo)
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects and consistently delivering on time 
  • Social media fanatics a plus
