lead status

I am sending to a smart list... so far so good. But 158 leads are showing as blocked in the 

Batch Campaign Schedule 


What are the conditions for a blocked lead... I understand unsubscribed but what does "held" mean in the lead status field.

"Held" doesn't sound like a default field value in Salesforce or Marketo, so I would check with your Salesforce admin. Here are the reasons a lead would be blocked from mailings: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000Kyu9CAC
