MSI Add to Watch List

My sales team is looking for a way to subscribe or add to watch list  activity at the company level rather than the contact level for MSI.  Any ideas if this is possible?  For accounts where there are only a few contacts it is easy to add the contacts to the watch list, but for those where we have hundreds, it becomes a bit problematic.

Renee, you can subscribe to companies in the lead feed when they show an interesting moment.

If you want to subscribe to a larger static list, such as your strategic accounts, it may make more sense to do this within a Marketo Smart Campaign.
