Can you create a landing page in Marketo that will Sync with a custom object in Salesforce?

I want to create a form that captures questions we ask partners.  I want this info to sync to a custom object in Salesforce and I want to be able to set up alerts when one is filled in.

Is this possible?

Re: Can you create a landing page in Marketo that will Sync with a custom object in Salesforce?

Hi Jason,

Custom Object sync is only one way, custom object Data from SFDC will sync into Marketo and can be used as filters/triggers but Marketo doesn't push custom object data to SFDC, like opportunities it's ready only access.

The fields would need to be on your lead and/or contact object in order for the values to be entered into a form and then pushed from Marketo to SFDC.

the page itself isn't going to sync with SFDC.

What you need is to first sync the custom objects to Marketo. (There is an article on how to do this).

Then bring in those fields into the Form you are going to use.

Test rigorously.

Hi Cathal,

That's what I thought.  I had hoped i had read it wrong, and there was a way, but it is what it is.

Thanks,
