SFDC Products within Opportunities?

When creating a smart list, how do I add a constraint for Products (within an Opportunity)?

I want to be able to filter on customers who own a certain product. I figure by looking at Closed Won oppy's that include the product line item, I should be able to do this..

Re: SFDC Products within Opportunities?

Hi Eric, while custom fields on the Opportunity are available in the "Has Opportunity" filter constraints, related lists are not. Maybe the SFDC admin can create a custom field on the Opportunity that contains the product names (multi-picklist) and auto-populate that with a Workflow? That field would be accessible in the "Has Opportunity" filter constraints.

Re: SFDC Products within Opportunities?

You can try the criteria "Has Opportunity" and add constraint for the Product.  Something like the following:

This specific field doesn't show up in my instance but YMMV

Re: SFDC Products within Opportunities?

Sounds like a lot of work and a ton more fields to sync over. Thanks for the reply.
This seems like it would be a trivial thing for Marketo to just grab. Then you can make campaigns that segment relevant emails based on what products people own... isn't that the dream?
