Latin American Marketing Specialist As the Latin American Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for assisting the Latin American region corporate marketing efforts working as a liaison between Kaspersky Lab Headquarters team and KLA’s Latin American Marketing Managers and agencies. The ideal candidate will provide marketing support for both Spanish and Portuguese speaking territories.
Responsibilities· Manage the translation of KLA marketing materials coordinating with our Global marketing teams, agencies and local marketing management.
· Prepare and manage the procedure of Purchase Order Requisitions for regional activities
· Monitor budget, compare and analyze actual verses planed and forecasted
· Manage local vendors in Latin America regarding localization of collateral materials such as brochures, and promotional giveaways at regional level
· Work with Product Marketing Team and Regional Management to organize product launches , assets localization and readiness.
· Manage process with Global Web team to update partner portal content and sales portals with localized content
· Prepare and execute communication and email marketing campaigns as defined by Regional Management to partners and customers
· Execution of Regional Lead nurturing campaigns
Required Skills· The ability to speak, read and write Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is a must for this role
· 5-6 years of Marketing Experience
· Strong MS Office Skills
· Basic Knowledge of Marketo or other leading lead management tool
· Must be detail oriented and very organized
