Looking for help in changing email footer in ~100 emails

I'm a 1 man team so don't have time to change the physical address in the footers found in our marketo emails (we have moved to a new office). Our marketo instance is extremely well organized, every email in each program is within an "EMAILS" folder. Very easy to navigate. 

I'm looking for someone to help us update and approve these emails (approx 100, my guess) throughout our programs. Very repetitive copy/paste but if you have a junior admin on your team who needs some spare cash, let me know!

Must be willing to sign an NDA.  Rate negotiable.

Flexible. Week or two would be fine. I just looked and we have 300 emails in the system. Although only half or less of these would need to be updated and I can easily walk the person through deciding which ones (it is easy).

I feel your pain - have been through this twice in my Marketing Automation career.

You should consider taking this opportunity to switch your address blocks to snippets. Then you have one place to make address updates, across all emails, regardless of templates.

i thought about that, but wouldn't we still have to go head and approve each and every email? It is almost the same annoyance 😜

Hey Naor

If you use a Snippet as Nicole says you're correct it will put the emails in draft BUT you can republish them in one swoop from the Design Studio.

Simply go to Design Studio, click the Email Tab and it will show all your emails in the main window.

Sort by Approved and select the ones you want to republish and right click Approve.

Of course be careful not to publish anything someone is working on but if you changed the snippet on say 1st Feb the main window will display which date the email was changed (in this case 1st Feb).

Great suggestion Colin! Unfortunately we have already gone through the task of hiring a short-term consultant to do this manually for us (Thanks Rachel B!). Good news is we will not likely be moving physical office locations anytime soon, however I will keep this nifty trick in my back pocket should we require any similar changes to our templates in the future.
