Icons not updating on the right side to indicate DRAFT or APPROVED mode

Ever since the December release, our team has noticed that the icons on the left, do not update after certain activity takes place.  For example, if we update an email, landing page template or any other asset that requires approval, it appears to remain in the same state even after making the changes.  We're now required to refresh our browser to see the proper state.  In fact, even if we right-click to approve, that option is not available.  There is no other option but to refresh the browser.  Quite annoying.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I've had the same issue, though noticed it prior the Dec release.

I have noticed this also. We usually just refresh the browser also and it goes to the correct state.

Hey Dan,

Are you and your fellow users using the same browser with which to access Marketo?  If so which browser and version are you using.  Generally you can find the version info by going to File/Options>(Help)>About and it will show a version number.

It doesn't matter which browser for me (I'm using the latest version of FF, Chrome and IE10).  It primarily occurs when updating an email or landing page template (the template remains in approved mode).  Or when updating a form, the landing pages that use that form still stay in approved mode.

I can reproduce this with templates only, can you reproduce with actual emails or landing pages?

Dan, we'll look into this through your open case.
