Lead Scoring Question

I want to change the lead score of a lead when I upload them to as a member in a campaign.  My program works this:

Smart List:  

Program is any
New status is x

Flow:  
Change score
Score name = lead score
change {{token}}

My score are not updating.  Is this set up correctly?

Darren - Can you explain a bit more? Do you have a single campaign running that looks for ALL programs? Or do you have a scoring campaign per program? I don't really understand how you're using the token unless you have one campaign per program.

In general I think this is overkill, unless you're going to say..
Webinar A = +20
Webinar B = +15
Webinar C = +18

If all of your webinars are going to have the same score, then you should just make a single campaign, if Program's New Status = Webinar Attended, then flow = Change Score + 20.

Also are your tokens set properly to "+40" or "-2" ?

There are parts of our company where you can download content which is not connected to Marketo.  So I upload the leads into the programs that correspond with the content.  Everything is the same score, so I just want a single lead scoring campagin which can applied to all.

I'll revisit the set up, but it sounds like I am on the right track.
