Operational emails showing unsubscribe option

Hi,

I'm trying to send operational emails without the unsubscribe option - but no matter what I try, all my emails have the unsubscribe option.

I've tried checking the 'Operational email' box on the email. I've sent emails as test emails and as real emails.

Does anyone have any insight into getting rid of the Unsubscribe option for operational emails?

Also, I do not have Admin access.

Hi Ed,

When you preview your email do you see the unsubscribe option?

If so it may men that it has been coded into your email/email template.

This is probably because it is on the global Admin >Email.

As Cathal says, you would need to disable the Admin global unsub and modify your templates so that you have an "Operational" template.

I believe only MSI allows you to disable Operational or "Sales" emails from the unsub defaults.
