What is the best webinar provider?

I have been using GoToWebinar recently but have come to a major issue with this provider, it does not allow us to play recordings of webinars (the audio doesnt work). I have been in touch with the support team and they have told me that it is not designed to play pre-recorded webinars. GoToMeeting allows you to share your video, allow it has limitations: maximum 25 people, and no registration process/no unique link to webinar.

I am looking for suggestions for other webinar providers that anyone has used and succesfully plays their pre-recorded webinars.

Thanks!

We currently use INXPO for that - http://www.inxpo.com/

There is no launchpoint integration, however, so a webhook has to be created and used to sync registrants between it and Marketo.

We use BrightTALK and are very happy with them.
I know a lot of others who use On24.

I'm not sure which would be "best", but either of those will probably meet most/all of your needs.

Re: What is the best webinar provider?

I am a bit confused by what you say regarding GTW. I have found it to be the best option  unless you are going very large scale. What do you mean it does not allow you to play recorded webinars? Mine certainly does and it allows me to record it.

Perhaps you mean that it does not do what webex does - host the video. when you are done recording, you should convert the video to MP4 or WMV. Then upload to a video hosting provider or your website. This gives you much more control over the video.

If you are having trouble recording audio, perhaps there is a setting or other hiccup. It should record the audio, so this must be a setup problem with GTW or your equipment.

We've had an outstanding experience all around with ReadyTalk. It will host your recordings or let you download and self host. Their service and support culture is top notch.

Re: What is the best webinar provider?

We use GoToWebinar and BrightTalk regularly, and both have suited our needs well. I think the one thing that gives BrightTalk an edge over GoToWebinar is the ease of functionality - the presentation is uploaded to the server, so every presenter just needs to click in order to advance the slides, rather than running into the delay (and possible professional look when the speaker does not have the presentation as the main window on his/her screen) of changing presenters.
