How do you add tentative campaigns within the calendar?

When I took the Calendar training there was a side bar where you could add tentative campaigns to the calendar but it seems this bar is nonexistent now. I would like to be able to load in my forward email schedule into the calendar so my colleagues know when I have a tentatively scheduled email to launch so that we do not overlap in audience. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

Hi James,

I believe the tentative entries are for campaigns you have scheduled, but not yet activated.  Items such as an email program you have scheduled but not approved will show as tentative.

Re: How do you add tentative campaigns within the calendar?

Hi James,
I had the same question myself this morning 🙂 This unfortunately cannot be done from the main calendar, that view is set up to be read only (I swear that wasn't the case in the demo at the Summit this spring, but maybe I imagined it...) If you navigate to any existing program (or create a new one), you can create campaigns on the program calendar and set the details in the sidebar there; they will appear as tentative.

I do not see this option. I went in and scheduled something in advance to see if I can change the status to tentative, I can not. Is this an upgarded feature?

James, if you're still having problems, please give Support a call because this is a standard feature of calendar. Thanks!
