500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

All of a sudden, my application is receiving an internal service error whenever I try to access the marketo api.  Anytime I try to get a token I get the following:

Warning: file_get_contents(https://my-address.mktorest.com/identity/oauth/token?grant_type=client_credentials&client_id=my-client-id&client_secret=my-secret-id) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Nothing changed on the address.  I checked the secret and client id's and they are ok.  I also have not exausted my daily limit.  Currently i've only had 187 requests in the last 7 days.

Is there a problem internally with Marketo?  This was happening yesterday, so I figured it would have been resoloved by now.

Thanks,

Dan

Re: 500 Internal Server Error

Could please open a support ticket about this? We can figure out if this is limited to your instance or system-wide error.

Re: 500 Internal Server Error

Thanks, Murtza.

I put in a ticket.  They informed me that this was an issue that they were aware of.  They suggested I create a new service, and that seemed to fix the problem.
