Hoping I can get some insight from the group on this one.
We had an unusually high number of bounced emails from a recent send. We checked the deliverability with ReachForce, our data cleaning tool within Salesforce, and the emails were all deliverable. Our Customer Success Manager said it could be that the email server on the recipient side saw the same email going to multiple people at that company and flagged it as spam. So my question is, if that's the case, does Marketo have the ability to stagger the email sends when multiple addresses are under the same organizations? If not, what do you guys do? Reach out one by one to get whitelisted?
