Webcast Series - multiple dates/times

Hi,

I am looking to set up a few programs - one of which is a webcast series that will be held at the same time every day over a few days. I tried looking into the community but didn't see much out there. Has anyone set up a webcast series that could provide some help on how to set this up?

I am also trying to set up a roadshow that will be hosted at different time/dates. Would this be set up similarly to a webcast series?

Any insight into this would be extremely helpful.

Hi Nicole,
You probably want to create one program that has in it a landing page, email invitations, form, etc... 
Then you want to create Tokens in the program in the My Tokens tab for that program.  Then you want to create tokens for the various parts of your roadshow that will change (times/dates/locations). 

Then you can clone your program fo rhte 2nd of your series, and just change the tokens, and everything will be just like the first, but with the information for the 2nd series.

Rince and repeat for third.
