Re: Project Turn Around Time

We typically request 5 business days depending on the complexity of the request. Engagement programs are closer to 10 business days.

Re: Project Turn Around Time

If you are using Program Templates, I'd say as low as 30 minutes, but if you need to load lots of content then it depends. I'd give yourself about 1-2 hours for each.

Nurturing is complex, so I'd say several days, depending on drip vs. Engagement and # content.

Re: Project Turn Around Time

Hey Josh,

Yes it does take me 30 mintues or so to build email campains, hec I can do a full on webinar including the integration with sfdc and webinar platform in 1-2 hours.

But that is only possible if I have no other projects on my plate - typically I get 3-4 Request per day plus the last min URGENT requessts

Here are my orginizations typical lead time after a request comes in. (Field, Channel, ETC.)

Email blast one offs 1 - 2 Days from date for request
Events 2-5 Days
Webinars 3-5 Days
Meeting Maker Programs 5-7 Business Days
URGENT - with upper managment approval 1/2 Day.

Best, Anton

Are there any others that have lead time set up as an SOP?

Re: Project Turn Around Time

@Anton - We have found that it is often the small details which cause the delay. For example, what are the business  reporting expecations for the campaign and creative iterations that cause the delays. Probably no suprise here.
