It is Go-to-Webcasts. Their support team is surprisingly helpful and will help you get it all set up!

Kate - is this an additional service of GTW or included in the traditional webinar packages? We've been struggling with this and haven't found a good solution.

Hi Cliff. I haven't used On24, but we've decided to migrate all of our recorded webinars to Vidyard and leverage their integration so we can see % completion on the contact record. We can't leverage polls with Vidyard, but it's much better than using the GoToWebinar recording functionality.

Re: Best platform for prerecorded webinars with Marketo

We use a combo of On24 and Vidyard - its amazing!!

1. ON24 rocks as far as being able to offers, documents, polls, questions, etc in a simulive environment and the integration with Marketo rocks.

2. We use Vidyard for our "OnDemand" Webinars because of the great integration with Marketo and the ability to see how much of the video they watch plus it super easy to build a resource page and you can put forms embedded in the video

3. We don't do sim-u-live, we set it and forget it due to running them globally (multiple timezones) (yeah we lose some of the interactions, but my labor costs are way reduced and we have yet to have anyone complain or honestly even notice that no one is monitoring the webcast.)

I have tried them all (except Zoom) with Marketo and hands down ON24 has been the most reliable, easy to use, (the transcript feature is kick ass if you are doing global) and bug free integration with Marketo.

When I spent my OWN money on tech stack - Marketo, SFDC, ON24, Reachforce (forms), Vidyard, Ringlead, and Cloudwords (I would add Tableau for Data Warehouse and reporting but never really had the need due to size)

My 2 cents
