Why are people who are no longer Unsubscribed still marked as Surpressed in the mailable segmentation?

Hi all,

I am making a campaign that adjusts the Unsubscribe field based on if the sales team marks people as "Do Not Email". I've succeeded in doing this using the campaign logic below:

However, when I tested changing somebody back to "Unsubscribe = false", that person remained in the "Suppressed" mailable segmentation.

Below is my current segmentation logic I have. Can somebody help me make sure people with Unsubscribe=false re-enter the Mailable segment? Thank you!

To answer your updated post, It looks like you actually tried to change "Do Not Email" instead of Unsubscribed. You're probably wondering why your smart campaign didn't trigger. I'd check if your smart campaign scheduled to only run once...

could be durable unsub.

but need to better understand your workflow - Do Not Email should be mapped to Unsubscribed in most systems.

If you're purely looking at suppressed numbers, you could be including "Email Invalid" = true and/or "Marketing Suspended" = true

Try adding these filters and filtering for "false" to your mailable segment

You are right! My smart campaign was scheduled to only run once. Once I changed it so that "each person can run through the flow every time", the logic worked correctly.

Thanks for the help with this basic question!

Best,
