Revenue Cycle Explorer and Program Channel

Hi All, I wanted to run the "Program membership analysis" on the Revenue Cycle Explorer and summarize by "Program channel".

I noticed that some of the Channels that were created and exist in the admin section do not appear in this report. Is there a reason for that? Do I need to enable anything before creating this report?

Thanks

Itay

Hi Itay Billet,

If it custom fields that you are looking to report on in RCE you will need to make sure they are synced.

Go to the RCE section in the admin area. Then click on the custom sync tab.

Then click on the field you want to report on and click the Edit sync option and then enable it.  For me, it can sometimes take another day before the field becomes available in RCE.

I hope this is what you were after.

Thanks,

Gerard

Re: Revenue Cycle Explorer and Program Channel

Thanks Gerard, but this is not a custom field. The "Program channel" was setup as a new channel in the admin part (see below).

Some appears in the RCE, some don't.

Hi Itay,

Open the channel and check their analytics behavior:

You can modify that to Implicit, but the issue could be that no Members or Success points exist in RCE yet.

Re: Revenue Cycle Explorer and Program Channel

Thanks Josh, I can see that some Program Channels that are defined as "Analytics behavior = Normal" do appear in the RCE.

What do you mean that no Members or Success points exist in RCE yet? how would I define it?
