Engagement Program -- Getting exhausted leads from stream 1 into stream 2

I have leads that have exhausted all content from Stream 1 of my Nurture Program. I have added Stream 2 with more content because we want to send now at different intervals. (IE; Stream 1 has 6 emails sending once a week, Stream 2 has 6 different emails that we would like to send every 2 weeks)

I only want the leads that have gone all the way through Stream 1 (exhausted leads) to move into Stream 2. What is the best way to do this? I have read about setting up a reoccurring smart campaign or setting the transitions rules...what to do?!

Hey Desiree >>

I can't find any way to trigger off of "becomes exhausted" .. but you can run batch campaigns based on "is exhausted".

Transition rules require a trigger to fire, so no need to setup based on this idea. You could have other reasons to want to change which stream a user is in & use the transition rules for that.

Batch campaign, Reoccuring. Should do what you want.

You can use Member of Engagement Program, Exhausted Content is true. Then in the flow step, Change Stream.

Thanks Adam!
This would have to be set up as a seperate Smart Campaign correct? And I would not need to establish any Transition Rules under Stream 2 to pull people in as the Smart Campaign would take care of that for me?
