slider fields - how do you map them to a Salesforce field?

Form 2.0 offers slider fields but without a similar field type in Salesforce, how would one map that data?

Hey Lynn,

It depends what data is being submitted with the form.  If it's a 1-10 scale it likely be an integer or a float, but it might also be currency.  It's going to be dependent on what value you're obtaining via the form.

Re: slider fields - how do you map them to a Salesforce field?

Hey Kenny,

It sounds like you're saying that a MKTO form 2.0 slider field may only be used to in conjunciton with a Salesforce field if we write code to translate the responses.  Is that correct?

We are interested in using a slider for survey respondents to provide a percentage 1-100% - the goal being to translate the response into a percentage field type in SFDC.

Thanks,
Lynn
