SFDC Activity filtering

When I use filters for "logged" or "updated" within the last 60 days, my matches include the correct records but also include records with _open_ activities that were not logged or updated within the last 60 days. Has anyone else run into this?

Hi Hank,

Please provide a screen shot of your filters.

And what are you calling "Open" activities ?

Re: SFDC Activity filtering

Hey Greg - filters shown here along with SFDC showing no activities logged (contrary to filter requirements) and open activities which were entered well before 60 days (due date of these activities is in 2016). This is my first attempt at using these filters so I could easily be missing something.

Re: SFDC Activity filtering

Hi Hank,

OK, you are talking about SFDC activities. In Marketo, usually, activities refer to Marketo activities as seen in the activity log

AFAIK, the "date of activity" constraint refers to the date at which the activity was created. The date at which it is completed is the "due date".

Re: SFDC Activity filtering

Right - these filters are under the Salesforce filter folder. The problem is the "open activities" in the example are tasks created 2 years ago - not within the last 60 days.
