Visits web page - known vs. anonymous tracking

I should know the answer to this, but I want to track known and anonymous visitors to a web page (it's actually a marketo landing page).  I see 74 anonymous visits to the page and only 1 known visits...do I have to set these up separately in two different smart campaigns or can this tracking be done in one? From what I can tell, I'm using the "Visits web page" trigger and "Is Anonymous = True" to make this work, but it'll then omit my known visitor unless I have a separate campaign to track the knowns. Am I right? Is there a better way to go about this? Thank you!

Re: Visits web page - known vs. anonymous tracking

Hi Joy, are the known visitors getting anything different from anonymous visitors? Your example above will only track the anonymous visitors, but I would be interested to know what is occurring afterward that you have a smart camaign running, or if this could more easily be done in a smart list or analytics report?

You can use one Smart Campaign. Use what you have set up and add another filter of "Is Anonymous = False" then change the smart list role logic to use ANY filters. This list will then include web visitors that are anonymous or not anonymous.

Does that make sense?
