Can I Get a Count of Active or Once-Used Forms in my Instance?

Is there a way to run a report or do a search so that I can get a count of forms that are currently active or were once used? Is there a way similar to Campaign Inspector, except the list would be forms in use or once in use?

Go to Design Studio and click on the Forms item in the tree.  It will show you a chart, and one of the columns is a count of how many Marketo landing pages each form is used on.
