Set to affect around 0 existing leads (may change over time)

Hello:  Appreciate anyone who can help solve this problem...Set up a campaign like normal...everything is all set as normal.  When I click on Schedule to send, I get:

Set to affect around 0 existing leads (may change over time)      

This can't be correct.  List goes to about 60k WW.

Any idea on the cause or the solution.  This isn't normal.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.  I am a business user not a Marketo specialist.  The demand generation team does all the adding of leads such.  I just drag the Member of SmartList trigger to the window, and it usually works fine when I click to schedule.  All of them are out today.  Was just hoping for an easy fix.

This could also be the result of leads not qualifying per your smart list filters. Can you post a screenshot of your smart list?  Are these new leads or existing?

Thanks for your response.  This SmartList is an existing list.  We use it every two weeks for a newsletter.  The data gets pulled in from Salesforce.  That is about as technical as I get.  Total WW subscribers is about 60k.  Something must have happened.  I didn't do anything different than I normally do when it works fine.  The SmartList just says  Lead then box in then the name of the SmartList.

Could it be that your 60k leads have already run through this Smart Campaign and are not allowed to run through it again?
