Form

Is there a way to redirect a person to a "Thank you for submitting your form" page if they have already filled something out?

Step 1 send email with button to the landing page

Step 2 Person fills out form on landing page and hits submit

if person goes back to email and clicks the button to go to the landing page.. .that there is a redirect either to another landing page ... "you have already submitted your form"'

Re: Form

Thanks for moving. The answer is to use the Known Lead HTML feature ("If Known Lead, show Custom HTML") in Form Editor >> Setup.

This allows you to take different action if the Munchkin session is already associated with a lead in Marketo.

Re: Form

We tried above method but in the form,it shows option Not you which enables user to submit the form again.Basically form is for the contest,so we have to restrict user to fill the form only once.

Re: Form

It shows the Not You? by default because you haven't customized the HTML... that's what the "Custom" part is for.

(Also note that this method of restricting contest entries is pretty weak, since all they need to do is clear their cookies and enter a new email address.)

Re: Form

Thanks for your input. Can you suggest some best ways to restrict the user from submitting the form more than once. The user will be send an email with a link .When the link is clicked,he will taken to the page which has form in it.He can submit the form first time  successfully but when he comes back to the same page  for the second time,it should alert him saying that he has already submitted the form.
