Access Lead Activity Log Without Login?

I want to share weekly leads with the Sales team by sending them an excel of new people who engaged since the previous week. I can do this easily. However, they want to be able to look at the Activity Log of each lead without logging in. I swear I was able to do this once before but cannot figure it out.

How can I share a lead's activity log with someone who does not have a login? Is there a way?

Re: Access Lead Activity Log Without Login?

I would suggest setting this up as a report in either SFDC or Marketo. An advantage of setting this up in SFDC is that your sales people might be more inclined to view the report if it's in the same location as where they work all day. Maybe you have an SFDC admin internally who can help with this? Once they have a report where they can identify anyone who has engaged in the past week, MSI will show the activity history as Kim said.

If you go through Marketo, I still think the Web Page Activity report is your best bet because it will send them a list of anyone who meets your qualifications, with their name as a link so that they can click and be delivered to the person's Marketo record. Just set up the report using the smart list tab like you did in your example above, and under subscriptions you can set the automated send information.

Do they use SFDC? They should be able to see any activity history log through MSI.

Amanda, if you do a web activity report and use filters to only include people who engaged in your timeframe, the sales people should be able to click the link and see the activity log. You can also set up subscriptions here to have it all go out automatically.

Re: Access Lead Activity Log Without Login?

Not a web activity report, but the Email Link Performance is what I'm working with, which I assume should work on the same principle, but it doesn't let me share the leads the way I want without needing a login.

What I'm doing is going to the Smart List and telling it to check within the last 7 days, then in the Smart List tab I click View Qualified Leads so I can actually see all of the individual people. I don't know how to see them any other way.

How can I share that with Sales so they can click the IDs and see each individual lead's Activity Report? I can share the ID links with them, but then they have to login. I'm wondering if there is a way without logging in...

And yes, we use SalesForce, but I am not familiar with it, so I'm not sure how well they use it besides plugging in info for contact fields. I'll mention that they should be able to 'see any activity history log through MSI' and see if they understand that. I'm looking for the simplest solution for them.

Re: Access Lead Activity Log Without Login?

There is sort of a SFDC admin now, and then there is me, the only person who understand Marketo, and we don't really work together at all. Horrible system, I know. I'm assuming he won't know how to setup any kind of report like this.

Are there any tips you can give, quick step by step, a direction you can point me in regarding how a report like that would be setup in Sales Force?

Thank you all much for this info!
