Hide a prefilled field on form?

Specifically thinking about progressive profiling, is there a way that once we know a lead value on a form (i.e. someone has already filled it out), that we can hide that field, and just show 'email' for example and the new progressive profiling fields when someone revisits?

Sure, just put everything not including the e-mail address in the progressive profiling box.

Thoughts on what happens when you have to use required fields? One of these being our privacy policy checkbox. Would you just show that amount of fields all in one go i.e. show 6 in the progressive profiling options?!

Re: Hide a prefilled field on form?

You have 6 required fields? I'd question why you would need so much information as a first step?

As for a Privacy Policy Checkbox, I might leave that out of the progressive profiling and have it at the bottom always.

4 fields is the most I'd ever want to see on a form before fearing a loss of interest and lower conversion rate. Something like this is what I'd try:

Email*

Prog Box
