In our events we often have walk ins (people who come to the event without prior registrations). We typically can add these people to the event via the walk in feature on the check-in app.
However, when we attempt this for leads who already exist in the database, we get an error message. I thought the app automatically syncs walk ins to existing leads. Customer support told me this is not the case.
Has anyone else dealt with this within the app? Have you figured out a way to add walk ins as if they are brand new?
