Is it possible to set up an NPS survey in Marketo to be sent after a Case gets closed in Salesforce?

Hi awesome Marketo Community.

I am a SF Admin with no prior Marketo knowledge.

My requirement is to set up NPS in Marketo to be sent upon closing a Case in Salesforce (or other similar scenarios).

I would love to do it between these two systems and not rely on a third app (Survey-related), but I am still to learn the details of the Marketo-Salesforce integration, so I am not sure if we can involve the Case object.

Thank you in advance for your support,

Best regards,

Eliana

Hi Eliana,

You should read my and Greg's responses here: Syncing SFDC Cases to Marketo - Any best practices or watch-outs?

As you'll see, there are multiple concerns, including both custom object limitations and the (in many cases) mismatch between Marketo's lead-centric form tools and true survey tools (which include both lead-level and aggregate views).
