I'm having an issue with the Marketo sync to SFDC. While entering new lead information in SFDC and I try to save, I get an error saying that it can't save lead info because Marketo is syncing, then all my information disappears. This makes it very difficult to get accurate information while on the phone with a new lead. What/why is this happening? I've thought about switching the sync to every 30 min but are there any negatives associated with doing that? What is the fix for this?
You cannot change the sync timing.
It sounds like there is a permission issue with the Marketo User. I'd call Support or ask your salesops admin.
