Re: Implementing ZoomInfo with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration
Chelsea Stinnett Jan 23, 2017 3:03 PM (in response to Josh Hill)I did and ZoomInfo said integrations are out of their scope so I need to work with someone at Marketo. I am getting consulting hours to help with this and a few other integration related issues, but I thought I'd ask the Community to see if anyone has solved this issue before.

Re: Implementing ZoomInfo with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration
Sanford Whiteman Jan 23, 2017 3:57 PM (in response to Chelsea Stinnett)The Marketo API name doesn't need to match ZoomInfo's name for the field.
That's exactly what webhook response mappings are for: for mapping a source field name + value from the webhook to a target field name in Marketo. The source and target do not need to be the same, in fact it is expected that they may be drastically different.
