Report on leads that are failing to sync to SFDC

Hello,

I would like to run a report or smart list to discover leads that are failing to sync with SFDC to diagnose some sync errors. I have seen the notifications at the top of the page and also the synch error reason within the lead activity record, but for now no way to pull together a list. Is there any way to find this out?

Hi Andrina,

For leads that have never been able to sync, but for which an attemp was made:

For leads that are blocked by a sync filter:

"Sync with Marketo" mysteries part 3-How to know a record has stopped sync'ing

For leads that are now in error but used to sync, may be the method in the blog post works, otherwise, there is not other possibility than the notifications.

And vote for the ideas referenced here:

Marketo / salesforce integration needs a serious overhaul, don't you "sync"?

Not specifically. If you are syncing all leads, then you can run a smart list that sends you a list daily of SFDC Type=Empty.

You can also watch the Notifications daily and click on the resulting smart list it generates. I believe there's an idea to make this work more like how you need.

Thanks for your answer! Unfortunately I would need to see which leads could not be synched in the past. Regarding the smart list you have mentioned, how can I access it?
