Best way to retroactively fill in Acquisition Program?

Is this possible? We have a lot of leads that don't have acquisition programs listed, is there a way to set up a smart campaign to get this field filled in correctly?

Sure, but your Acquisition Date will all be the same. There are other threads on this issue. Yo ucan just run a flow action.

Thanks - but what happens if a lead is associated with more than one program? How can I tell Marketo to only look for the first program?

Also with the date, I was just going to use the Salesforce Created Date token.

Re: Best way to retroactively fill in Acquisition Program?

Example:

Smart List: Acquisition Program is Empty

Flow: Change Data Value > Attribute: Aquisition Program and New Value: ?????

For New Value, do I have to manually enter in a program name? Or is there a way to use a token and if so, if I did use a program token name, how does Marketo know which program to use since a user could be in more than one program?

Re: Best way to retroactively fill in Acquisition Program?

Steps

  1. find Leads you want to assign to a Program. For example, firms will often run a daily batch for Sales Generated/SFDC Created.
  2. CDV: Acquisition Program, Program Name, and Date ={{system.dateTime}}
  3. Program Status=X
  4. RCE will show giant spike for those programs for that Date of Membership or Success
