If an opportunity is deleted from SFDC (as opposed to being marked as closed-lost), does Marketo still maintain this info?
I ask because I'm running a report where Marketo is saying a record is attached to an opportunity (and all of the opportunity information is listed), but SFDC does not have the same information. It doesn't say he's part of any opportunity. What's more is the total opportunity value is reading as "0" in Marketo, but the opportunity information in Marketo says $86k. Wondering if the opportunity was deleted would cause this type of error.
My understanding is that Marketo has read-only access to the Opportunity object in SFDC, so the inconsistencies are likely related to a stale sync for the person. What happens if you force a sync to SFDC for the person? Do those data points update?
