Engagement Program Functionality - Pushing Leads to New Streams

I am using an engagement program and had a question about functionality. For STREAM 2 transition (pulling leads into this stream), I am using the trigger "EMAIL DELIVERED" as the smart list. For the Flow, I want to add the lead to STREAM 2, than add a wait step (181 days from {{system.date}}), then push the lead to STREAM 3.

Two questions came out of this:

1. Will the lead still receive the Stream 2 content while sitting STREAM2 and the wait step as long as the Add to Stream flow comes first?
2. Once this lead is pushed to the new stream after the wait step will it RUN through the STREAM 3 transition flow?

Question 1: If Add to Stream is first, then the lead will be in Stream 2 and they will receive Stream 2 content while they wait for Stream 3 push.

Question 2: Yes, they will then be in Stream 3 and receive Stream 3 content.

Thanks, Josh! This is very helpful. Will they run through the transition flow for stream 3 since they are being pushed into the stream or would they just be added to stream 3 and add stream 3 content?
