Timer Execution After Modification

Hello,

In my current campaign, I had a timer set to launch after three days of the member entering the campaign. About an hour prior to the timer launching, I adjusted the timer and set this out to seven days. However, the original time frame of the timer launched (3 days) event though the adjustment was saved. Does anyone know why this may be? Are contacts put into que so it's not actually effective to just change the timer to delay a flow step?

Re: Timer Execution After Modification

My understanding of the logic is:

If a record entered into the campaign BEFORE you made the change and was already sitting in the step, that old step will be honored.

If a record entered into the campaign AFTER you made the change, the changed new step should be honored.
