I've been sending out email samples, and I haven't been able to receive any to the email that I've been sending out my emails to.
I would really appreciate any advice or feedback on how this issue may be solved.
Sometimes, your test emails will be caught by your companies spam filter. Work with IT to whitelist your range of marketo's ip address. Also try sending a sample to your gmail address to see if that is the issue
Charlie Zhang, I was in the exact situation as Jessica Kao - company spam filters were catching them.
Also noticed, if you're copying and pasting an email in the sample box, make sure there isn't a blank space in front or after the email, I've noticed it sometimes doesn't work if that's the case.
