Where can I find a list of people who filled out a specific RSVP form we embedded on a landing page?

Where can I find a list of people who filled out a specific RSVP form we embedded on a landing page?

I'm looking at reports and can see the number of people who clicked on the email we included a link to the landing page too but I can't figure out where to find who those actual clicks cam from.

Then I see that 10 people came to our landing page and 5 people "converted", but I can't figure out where to see a list of the people who actually RSVP'ed.

Can someone tell me where I can see this information?

Thank you,

Will

Hi Will,

I echo what Greg said.  There isn't a pre-built out of the box report that will answer your unique question, but it's not that hard to set up.  One of the benefits to Marketo is that you can build anything that you want and there is some pretty cool stuff you can build.  I hear ya about the Marketo training.  Marketo foundations training is a good starting ground but can be frustrating when you want to just get the answers to your questions.

For Clicks and Opens - you can use an email performance report, to get who opened and clicked, build a Smart list.

For people who registered for the webinar, build a smart campaign to capture registrants but also, change the progression status in the program and add the registrants to the list, that way if you want to check on who registered its already there and done for you.

Smart Campaign - Process Registrants

Smart List = (Trigger campaign) Fills out Form - Webinar Form

Flow =

1) Send Confirmation Email

2) Change progressions status = Webinar>Registered

3) Add to List = Registered  (Create this as a new local asset)

Schedule = activate

Build a template program and next time all you have to do is clone.  It will scale after you get a few programs underneath your belt.

Build yourself a smart list for "Filled out Form"

Thanks Jim,

I built a smart list for it, but it seemed that I have to build a smart list for every action in process (which I have later learned from a Marketo specialist is the case). Systems I have used in the past have all these reports pre-built for every campaign which cuts down significantly on the Marketo administration time, so I had been hoping there was a less time consuming route to get the important open/click/landing page/form fill-out behavior.

Try a Landing Page Performance report and see if that fits your needs.

I do want to note here that a lot of the reporting options are standardized, which means you may not get what you specifically want/need.   Lots of workarounds are usually needed in order to meet a lot of folks wants/needs.

Hi Will,

the way you would do it in Marketo is to create the first of these campaigns asa Marketo program. Add to it all the assets, workflows, smart lists and reports you need. Then just clone the program and everything in it will be cloned with it and be ready to use.

Hi Will,

I gather from your question that you are new to Marketo and therefore I strongly recommend that you take some training.

Start with what available online in the University (https://learn.marketo.com), which is a very good start.

Re: Where can I find a list of people who filled out a specific RSVP form we embedded on a landing page?

Hi Greg,

I have done most of the training but nothing I reviewed covered where I could find detailed and pre-built reporting. Every other system I have used in the past had what I was looking for pre-built and ready to go out of the box, so I assumed I would be able to navigate to an aggregate reporting tab and then drill down to the person level. If there is a training on how to access this data without building it out myself I would love the link.

Thanks,

Will
