Working around communication limits for seed lists?

Hi Marketo gurus,

I received a request to create a sales and marketing management seed list that will receive all of our non-nurture marketing emails. However, we've got the following communication limits set up:

  • 1 email/day max
  • 2 emails/7 days max

Any easy ideas for how to get around these communication limits for the seed list? I know I could always clone the email, mark the clone as operational, and then create a one-off campaign to send the clone to the seed list. That seems like a lot of work! Any quicker solutions for a lazy efficient marketer like myself?

Thanks.

Re: Working around communication limits for seed lists?

Hi David,

The only way to get over communication limits is for a given smart campaign. The only possibility to do this is to have the emails being sent the emails through a dedicated smart campaign for which you remove the limits.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but just wanted to throw the question out there. Looks like there were quite a few ideas have been voted upon to make this an easier process.
